Whether you’re a fresher who has just arrived in Guildford, an undergraduate battling with your dissertation or an international student completing a PhD, we’d love to meet you and welcome you to our church family. Find out more about being a student at King’s.

At King’s, students join us from a variety of institutions, including the University of Surrey, Guildford School of Acting, Italia Conti, the Academy of Contemporary Music and the University of Law. The best way to get to know us is to come along on Sunday at 3.

A Typical Week
Sunday at 3pm
This is our main whole-church gathering. We hear from God’s word, sing, pray, and catch up with one another over a hot drink and cake.
Christ Church, Waterden Road, GU1 2AZ
Tuesdays | 7:30pm
We eat a delicious meal together, and then at 8pm we break into small groups (of between 6 and 8 students) to study the Bible and pray. At 9pm, we spend fifteen minutes looking at a theme. We finish at 9:30pm.
Grace Church, Guildford Park Road, GU2 7NF
Reading 1:1
We offer the opportunity to be regularly encouraged by an older member of the church family. Typically, you’ll meet for about an hour to catch up on how university is going, read the Bible and pray together.
Sundays | 5:30pm
This slot is for anyone and everyone at King’s, but students definitely feel the pull of another hot meal! We go through a Christian book, theme or doctrine over a number of weeks.
